Terms and Conditions for GoodForus Tours
Reservation and Payment
1.1 To make a reservation for a tour with GoodForus Tours, customers must pay a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour price at the time of booking.
1.2 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour departure date.
1.3 Bookings made within 30 days of the tour departure date require full payment at the time of booking.
1.4 GoodForus Tours accepts payment by credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1 If a customer cancels a tour reservation, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation made more than 30 days before departure: 20% of the total tour price
Cancellation made 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price
Cancellation made 1-14 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price
2.2 If GoodForus Tours cancels a tour due to insufficient participation or other circumstances beyond our control, customers will receive a full refund of all monies paid to GoodForus Tours.
Changes to Itinerary
3.1 GoodForus Tours reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, and activities for reasons including, but not limited to, unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or safety concerns.
3.2 GoodForus Tours will make every effort to provide equivalent services if a change to the itinerary is necessary.
3.3 GoodForus Tours is not liable for any expenses incurred by customers due to changes in the itinerary, accommodations, or activities.
Health and Safety
4.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the tour and should consult their doctor if they have any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate.
4.2 Customers are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour and must follow all safety instructions provided by GoodForus Tours and its partners.
4.3 GoodForus Tours is not responsible for any injury, illness, or other harm that may occur during the tour.
Liability
5.1 GoodForus Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to customers, their property, or any third party during the tour.
5.2 GoodForus Tours is not liable for any expenses incurred by customers due to delays or changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or activities.
5.3 Customers are responsible for their own travel insurance and should ensure it covers all activities included in the tour.
Conduct
6.1 GoodForus Tours reserves the right to remove any customer from the tour if their conduct is disruptive or dangerous to themselves, other customers, or GoodForus Tours staff.
6.2 Customers removed from the tour for disruptive conduct are not entitled to a refund of any kind.
Complaints
7.1 Customers who have a complaint about their tour experience should notify GoodForus Tours staff immediately so that they may address the issue.
7.2 Customers who are not satisfied with the resolution of their complaint may contact GoodForus Tours in writing within 30 days of the tour departure date.
Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoodForus Tours is registered.
8.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which GoodForus Tours is registered
